The Livermore sales office is looking for an entry-level file clerk/customer service rep.
Applicants must be organized, be able to multi-task and work independently. They must have a professional appearance and demeanor. Primary responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: answering phones, filing, sending quotations and orders to vendors, processing order entry using proprietary software, and assisting with inventory control.
The person hired for this position will be required to take a home-study course designed to introduce them to the industry. Because of this financial and time investment, we would prefer applicants who are looking for a long-term situation where loyalty, reliability and enthusiasm are rewarded. We would prefer to hire from within the Tri-Valley area.
