POSITION PROFILE
Grandflow, Inc a cutting edge web based print and promotional management company, is currently seeking a highly motivated person for an entry level outside sales position to join our growing, dynamic team as an Account Representative in the San Francisco Bay area. This “business-to-business” sales professional should be able to develop high-level relationships within the targeted prospect accounts as well as identify, develop and follow-up with their own prospects in the area in order to generate profitable sales volume through direct sales interaction with the customers. They would be a part of a dynamic fast-paced sales team while learning about our industry in which we work and how individual products in our product lines could offer vital solutions to customers. Grandflow considers this to be a “solutions-oriented” sales position that uses state of the art software, sales techniques, tools and Training to provide you with every opportunity for success.

PRIMARY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE
• New Business Development, increased revenue within the assigned geographic area and/or vertical market
• Monitor, Manage & Analyze your prospects and customers
• Sell full range of products and services utilizing face-to-face, consultative selling skills
• Develop and maintain prospective customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
• Consult with customers to identify needs and provide Document Management & Promotional products Solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing and sales or related field of study
• Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with Executive Levels within an organization
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
• Customer focused
• Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor
• Ability and willingness to travel locally in order to cover assigned geographic area
• Valid State Driver’s License with acceptable motor vehicle record
• Permanent, Formal Authorization to live and work in the United States
• Strong Desire to Make Money and BE SUCCESSFUL!!!!!

The compensation package for the Account Representative position includes a base salary to start and substantial earning potential via bonus and commissions within the first 2 years upon successful achievement of quota and profitability objectives.
